I get that same feeling and it hurts sooo much to stand when I'm feeling that way. Sitting helps some, but not much. Mine has not been because of UTI's like most would suggest. You need to talk to your doctor and hopefully get referred to a urologist. I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis which can be VERY painful, but there are treatments for it. It might also be caused by endo on the bladder.. Only your doctor can really tell you what it is and find a way to help. Your best bet would be going to a urologist because they deal with the symptoms all the time. Take care hon. Hope you find relief soon.
