I'm sorry that your problems sound so bad. I have been suffering from similar symptoms although I don't get problems passing water. I have not been diagnosed with Endo, as the doctors believe that my symptoms have developed too rapidly. But I started off with very bad bowel movements. I have later found out from my nutritionist and a private doctor that during your period the lack of progesterone (which makes you bleed) causes all of your insides to tense up which is why you can get back pain, painful bowels etc. My severe period pain comes only when I bleed, but all through my cycle my bowels are weird!!

However if you are unsure about anything I would go back to your doctor and ask. Its your body so you should find out as much as you can.
