She very well could have endometriomas' those are a type of ovarian cyst! The ca-125 test , is a test that sometimes they will do , if there are masses and they are unsure of there status. These tests however are not always accurate, they use this test in combination with suspicions for ovarian cancer. I myself just had one done as well, and in the end all turned out to be non cancer. Sounds like this doctor is being cautious, and that' s a very good thing! From all the testing they are doing, they are trying to determine what type of mass or masses she in fact has, and they may have to go in and do surgery to remove them, and do a biopsy! Hang in there, and continue to be of such wonderful support to her. Is she in a lot of pain? Please keep us posted ..
