I have heard of women with no symptoms still having problems with fertility - apparently, asymptomatic women often discover that they have endo when they go in for fertility issues. However, I also have heard of a lot of women with severe endo still being able to have children, whether they had to have surgery to do it (clearing the endo out of the tubes, etc.) or not.
