I go in on Tuesday to have my pre-op lab work done. I am getting more nervous as it approaches. What lab work should I expect, will I have to "clean" out my system the day before the procedure? Does anyone have any advise they might be able to give me? What about the recovery, will I be down and out for a couple of days after the surgery. People are saying that this really is no big deal but it really is to me. I have never had surgery and I am nervous about what the doctor may find or may not find. Help, any advise wanted.
