Left-side lower back pain? Not yet been diagnosed with ENDO but 2 Doctors so far seem to think this may be it after having treating me for what they thought were UTIs, etc. My pain now seems to be focused on the lower left side of my back and hurts mainly when sitting or sleeping. I could run a marathon and be fine! It's a constant burning pain and seems to be worse before & during menstruation. It's driving me insane not knowing what it could be. I read somewhere that endometriosis seems to strike for some unknown reason on the left side of your body?! How valid is this statement?
