Hi Susan:
Thanks for your response. It sounds like the same thing that I am
experiencing. Mine hurts when I stand up from sitting for a long period
especially. Hard chairs are fine and cause no pain but soft seats (eg.
car) are agony. All my doctor did was an xray....no MRI, rectal exam,
steriod injection or any of the tests/trials that I have read are
routine. The xray was fine and he said the same as your doctor it
sounds like....take anti-inflammatories. I find the vioxx has some
effect but limited and it is not a long term solution as you said. I
agree that a chiropractor is worth a try but I will have to pay so I
have put it off. Have you been able to find any info on the
relationship between endo and tail bone pain? I wonder if my Endo-doctor
is going to think I am crazy?
