i have pain on my left side only during ovulation, i cant move my bowels whilst i have the pain, it hurts to pass water and i also have rectal pain usually when i go to sit down. the pain on my left side susides on about day 20 of my cycle and i only get bouts of it now and again. the only thing is my friend said that your periods are all irregular when you have endo mine are not thay come every 28 to 30 days they are heavy but sometimes they only last a few days. i still feel like i have period pains after they have stopped in my lower back. my back just seems to be sore all the time. i am living on pain killers all the time please help. could i have endometriosis or is this something else.
