Having laporoscopy tomorrow but Doc also has laparotomy possibility?!!

Please send positive thoughts or prayers for me tomorrow.Please...
I am so scared that the surgery will reveal cancer.
I had to meet with the anesthesiologist today because I have some high
risks with surgery and found out that my GYN has down "Laporoscopy with
possible Laparotomy" I asked what this meant because it was the first I
had heard about it.
They told me the GYN is not sure what he will find and wanted me to OK
this procedure if it is needed.
I am in sooo much pain and very, very frightened.
Any prayers appreciated!!
