amanda- it very well could be endo, keep in mind just because your tailbone hurts doesn't mean that this is were the endo is located. A lot of times the endo and adhesions cause referrred pain- the pain is actually somewhere else but it is your tailbone that hurts. I know that many of us have back pain due to endo, i can't speak for everyone but this could be what is causing your pain.
