I already had my lapo and was told that my endo was so bad, he didn't want to do the surgery. Then we I had to move and can here, the doctor was telling me that my symptoms had nothing to do with the endo.....I am SO tired of doctors not knowing what they are talking about and trying to convince me to do something stupid. This new doctor wanted me to take the Lupron shot, but with all my problems with my endo, periods and cysts and all....I'm scared if I do the shot I will never have a normal period again or as they all say, become infertile. I'm only 23 and married, its very hard to tell your husband you can't make love to him because it hurts. He has a 2 year old son from his previous marriage and we are trying to have a baby but with no success. The pain is now 24/7, worse when I lay down and I am just so tired of all of it I am ready to just tell them to take everything out...we can always adopt right?...::sighs::...I do appreciate the emails I get on topics and such and I feel everyone in my positions pain and pray for us all. For many of us who have lived with these symptoms for so long, we have either forgotten or never known what "normal" was. How can we be expected to know that what we are experiencing is something out of the ordinary. Your dr works for you -- you are paying for her services, just like you pay for any other service. Try not to worry. -- Kim
