She must already suspect something if you are going in for surgery. And you shouldn't feel bad about not mentioning your symptoms. For many of us who have lived with these symptoms for so long, we have either forgotten or never known what "normal" was. How can we be expected to know that what we are experiencing is something out of the ordinary. Your dr works for you -- you are paying for her services, just like you pay for any other service.
