Hi Cathy, Sorry to hear you're having such a rough time! In answer to your question..... yes you can get endo after having children. When I was diagnosed I already had 2 children, they are 14 and 11 and I was just diagnosed 2 years ago. I have awful mid cycle pain also with chronic bladder pain lower back pain. It sounds like you need to be reevaluated by your gyn. I hope things get better for you! God bless Kathy
