Heather, In my research, I found that some women have severe and some don't. Sometimes, women with severe endo have no pain at all while women with mild endo have severe pain. This is because sometimes the endo can grow near a nerve, which produces more pain. So no matter how severe your endo is, sometimes the pain is more severe than the endo because of its placement near a nerve.
