I am hardly rich! My husband and I do well, but I had to charge the surgery and pay it off over time. I was so lucky that my insurances paid for everything else (expect airfare and food!).

I really don't think HIS charge is a lot. It's the rest that adds up: hospital, travel, lodging, food, etc. But again if you contact the people at the top of your insurance company, they may negotiate with you. Don't settle for the regular customer service reps....they are programed to tell you one thing and one thing only. The top people can bend the rule.

Please stop saying these things. He is truly a wonderful person and is superb at what he does. I am so grateful to him that I got my life back. There is a way to everything....you just have to search hard and find that way.

You may even consider talking to Dr. R's office manager, Kathy C, about a different amount down....maybe they can consider that???? I am not sure b-cuz I just charged it and didn't worry about it.

I hope you can find an end to your pain.

Mindy
