He didn't have any answers as to why, though ... hello jane i am going to have a laperoscopy in 2 weeks time after being taken into hospital with severe pain on my left side which usualy occurs mid cycle with me the rest of the month the pain is not so bad but sometimes i am so sore i can hardly walk. i could not understand this because i have 4 kids. i thought you only got endo when you dont have any kids, but my obgyn said my symtoms sound like endo and i also had a scan and blood test which suggested i also have polycystic ovary syndrome. i have problems with my bowels and pain while passing water and i live on pain killers every month for the last 2 weeks of my cycle. i would love to know what your symtoms are with endo to see if they are similar. and do you know if endometriosis happens to women who already have children. thank you from cathy. anonymous@obgyn.net
