It took almost two years for this to run its course. The doctor who assured her the DP was harmless was the one who finaly told her that arthritic type pain was a rare side affect. Be careful with it, I don't know if I trust something that stays in the body for that long! I don't want to be an alarmist but you did ask if anyone knew of any side affects.
