Judging from his website, they more than likely won't give any information over the phone. Not detailed. The recommendation on the site is to send all your records with $125 fee and they will evaluate your case and then give more information. Futhermore, drs offices are busy, and I hate to pester them with a bunch of questions that Mindy may have the answers to. I'm way more comfortable with you all on the chat than I am on the phone with drs offices. I get intimidated too easily and don't ask all the questions I want to when I hear even the slightest hint of exasperation on the other end.
