the pains during ovulation time are experianced for a lot of women having diseases like endo.As D.N said it is inclusive due to the cyst fluids flowing into the cavity of the pelvic. Many experiance as well even the growth of the egg. Our tomies are just really more sensitiv to what happened in our bodies.

I did always a few things, and luckily I didn't need any painkillers in that time for midcycle pains. I restricted my diet specially that week around midcycle and than for the menstruation again, completly of any foods causing me bloating.Because the bloating does make those pains more intense. No dizzy drinks, no alkohol, No coffein, No cabbage-plants, no lentels, beans or pease , For some even just wheat products do cause trouble. Take warm foodbaths -has refletoric relaxation effects for the pelvic area as well.Trank fennel and pepperment tea, what helps the winds also to ease.Eat things I knew I can easy digest: bananas, oat products, eggs......

For any reason, I took those midcycle pains as something positive as well- I the times I tried for a baby- I knew when I was ovulating! I didn't need a doctor to tell me, if I am or if I don't.

I hope these tips are any use for you and you can get ease for this time.
