I am having pain in rectal area again-what does this mean?

I posted not long ago, but this is really concerning me. I have had cul de sac and rectogsigmoid endo removed. The area feels a little narrowed now. I have been having some throbbing in this area for a few days now. Could this be scar tissue (healing?), more coming back (so soon?) or some that could be left (micro?). I thought he got it all, I saw the video - I am so confused. How long did anyone's cul de sac endo removal take to heal. Please help!! L
