Re: Barium Enima today...Not Fun!!

Hello,

Colonoscopy is a piece of cake (I was in HappyLand with the medication they gave me).

I had all the lower GI stuff done to me and came up pretty much negative. I am now finding out that I have symptoms that are caused not by my digestive tract, but by my reproductive organs.

Please consult with your OB/GYN, too, to be sure to rule out other causes, too. I wished someone had told me to go to an OB/GYN to start, because I have spent over a year going to gastroenterologists and other doctors for a diagnosis. I used to have severe, prolonged constipation (felt like something was obstructing my intestines), followed up with bad diarrhea and the worst cramps and clotting. My OB/GYN has really helped me through all of this.

I hope you feel better again.

-Sherry :)
