Adhesions can start re-forming immediately after surgery in worst case scenarios, or they can form anytime later on. Hopefully after your first surgery they used appropriate methods to prevent them again such as filling you up with ringers lactate or by using barriers, etc. Also, anyone can have adhesions inside, some cause problems some do not. LS
