To Pam" Hi Colleen, I wanted to let you know that my doctor found a small portion of endometriosis on my right ovary and removed it. There was no endometrioma at all. I was so surprised because she saw a mass on my ovary and said it must have disappeared on its own and may have been an egg that erupted on the day of my ultrasound causing a cloud or a mass on the ultrasound. I was very relieved to say the least. Please let me know how your surgery goes when you are able to.
