Same here, but mine was due to advanced step aerobics, doing local running races, and being overweight. I'm working on the diet, got out of running (am back in now) and am getting ready to start step again. It took me a few months rest, light stuff, with therapy (YUCK!) to get back to this point. Good luck, its not fun, but keep trying. :)
