Try eliminating ALL DAIRY; eggs; excess caffeine; PHYTOESTROGENS (soy products, tofu, bean sprouts, etc.); HIGH FAT items; chocolate; and so forth -- this has helped many to alleviate some/much of their endo pain. Do a search on this forum for endo diet and see what you come up with. Vitamin E capsules and evening primrose oil are also estrogenic.
