Fundal Fibroids

My question relates to a very unusual occurence I have been experiencing over the last 3 months. I noticed that my right ankle/foot hard started to swell, taking into consideration that I have had 2 prior orthoscopic surgery on my right knee from an auto accident 4 years ago, but it only swells around the time of my menstration. Not only that I recently went for some pre-admissions testing and found out that my my blood levels wbc,3.5, rbc 3.75, hgb 9.7, hct 30.1, mcv 80.0, & mch 25.7, were low and my rdw was high 15.3, taking into consideration I had the blood work done in the morning before eating. On my initial visit to my Internal medicine doctor he retested my blood work and said that he is concerned because it is only the one foot and not both and that he would not clear me for my surgery. I went and had my bloodwork done again and the results came back almost the same a little better wbc 5.1, rbc 3.82, hemoglobin 10.2 (low),hematocrit 30.1 (low) mcv, 78.6 (low) mch 78.6 (low) and the rdw 15.4 (high) also the eosininophils absolute were 0 (Low) and my Iron % saturation was 11 (low), now I know that this is being a bit informative but I donot have clear idea of what this all means. I have not been feeling my best very tired of course, and I am aware of a cyst on my right ovary for at least 10 years, with a recent ct scan and a ultra sound the ultrasound indicates that my uterus does ontain a posterior fundal fribroid measuring 3.7 x 2.1 x 2.7 cm and that my endometrial stripe in the secretory phase measures 14 mm, (what is normal?) and that the cysts on the right ovary is visible.

I have had 3 eptopic pregnancies, with no surviving children. What is a fundal Fibroid and should I consult with an oncologist before having anyone do surgery. My internal Medicine doctor has referred me to a GI specialist to have my abdomen check. Sorry for the overload on information, but I am trying to get a clear picture on what I should be concerned with especially before having anyone reccommend surgery.

Thanks for your time.
