I have the same situation, not yest diagnosed but all symtons. We had no problem getting pregnant, staying pregnant was our problem. You should speak to your doctor regarding the possibility of miscarriage. After three miscarriages let me tell you there is nothing worse than losing a baby, had I known earlier we would have been able to avoid the miscarriages and get on with life.
