Hi Donna,

The reason I recommend both ovaries (I understand your reasons not to have the other one removed) is at the time of my hyst, only my left ovary was effected. My right one was healthy. Less than a year and a half later, my right one was covered in endo and adhesions. They couldn't get it all out and that is why I now have ORS (ovarian remnant syndrome) and endo still.

I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but have you thought of adoption? Perhaps it could be an alternative to consider.
