I've taken the nasal spray you referred to. It is Synarel. The advantage in my mind over Lupron iis this: you are in control,i.e. you can stop it if you are having serious problems. In the same vein, you have to be sure that you follow the dosing schedule-not forget to give it to yourself. Frankly I had somewhat fewer side effects on Synarel than Lupron. Both were no joy,to be sure,but not as horrendous as some people indicate
