Hi Sarah, Syneral is, from what I understand, the nasal spray form of Lupron. It is made by TAP phamaceutical company. I have only considered going on it. The only advantage I see is that since it is a daily nasal spray, you don't have a month's worth of medication in your system. So if you can't tolerate the medication, or have an allergic reaction, it shouldn't be as strong as with Lupron. Hope this helps. Best wishes, D.N.
