Hi Sarah,

Syneral is, from what I understand, the nasal spray form of Lupron. It is made by TAP phamaceutical company. I have only considered going on it. The only advantage I see is that since it is a daily nasal spray, you don't have a month's worth of medication in your system. So if you can't tolerate the medication, or have an allergic reaction, it shouldn't be as strong as with Lupron.
