Im 16 and had a surgery done this past march to "treat" my endo. But it only helped for about 3 months the pain is back and just as bad as before. I don't think people believe me about how bad the pain is (especially after having the surgery done) but the pain is still there. Nobody else in my life has dealt with endo so they can't relate I am looking for someone to help me figure this all out. Im feeling quite depressed latley as I can't do all the things I enhoy doing. I had to quit playing sports and doing all my "kid" stuff becuase I am so tired and sore all of the time. When friends call me to go shoot hoops or kick the ball around I usually go but come home in even more pain then when I started so I pop a few pills and go to bed. the pills don't actually do much although my mom says they do.....what does she know shes not the one taking them for pain. The doctor wouldn't give me actual pain killers should I go back and ask again? Anyway if theres anyone that feels like they can help me out just by talking and listening please write back...thanx allot.
