You are in a tough spot for sure. Please check out

and effective alternative treatment for endo. I have had my severe endo
totally controlled for the last 8 years this way and progesterone is
available over the counter (which is one reason your doctors will
probably never mention it). Did any of the docs ever do any hormone
level testing? You sure sound like your hormones are way out of balance.
