Kristy and all with chronic infections,

I am not very familiar with vulvodynia, but I have battled chronic bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections and UTI's for 4 years straight! I recently did a yeast and fungus cleanse (AKA Candida cleanse) and changed my diet and I have had not ONE infection! With this last infection, I refused the antibiotics my doc wanted to prescribe and told him I wanted to try the Candida Diet first and he was all for it and wanted to know how it worked for me.....it went away!

The bacterial vaginosis was so bad that even after intercourse the odor was horendous....now....nothing. It's like I am completely normal again!

Sorry to be so graphic, but some of you may be experiencing the same thing.
