Need help paying for Lupron - insurance won't cover

I found out my insurances won't cover my Lupron shots I have to start next week. I have had many conversations with both my insurances, my employer (going right to the top even)and the TAP medical company that makes Lupron. My pharmacy insurance does not cover injectibles except insulin, my regular medical insurance does not cover pharmaceutical drugs even if my Dr buys it. The best I can do is buy it my self from TAP for $481.72 per month. Anyone have any other recomendations? I cannot exactly afford that for 6 months (esp since I also have Crohns and IC). Any comments will be helpful. -Carrie
