Hi Beth--A lot of plans offer some coverage, but the terms really vary. We are part of an Oxford "Freedom Select" plan (it's sort of like an HMO, sort of like a PPO--the main thing being we do NOT have to go through a primary care physician at all). 1 round of infertility treatment is covered, up to $10,000, but only if it is done by Oxford-affiliated doctors. That's the real problem, since at least here in NYC, the best IVF programs don't take Oxford.
