See if you can get some Armour thyroid from a Dr and try it. It is Rx only and usually only natural Drs use it. You can also check your thyroid by this:

Put a thermometer by you bed before you go to sleep. When you wake up in am, DONT MOVE except to get the thermometer. Put it under your naked armpit and keep it there for 10 min and DONT MOVE until you take it out. Do this for several days in a row on days you are not menstruating. If your readings are under 98 consecutively then your thyroid more than likely has a problem.

Logically, if you need estrogen would you have endo if endo is caused by an excess of estrogen?
