Dear Debi:
It sounds like you've got this stuff figured out! Would your Naturopath
know of someone (a Naturopath) in Dallas?
What about vitamin C and vegetables/fruits high in vitamin c or citric
acid? Do they give you any pain? I get pain with these as well as the
dairy, eggs, phytoestrogens, etc.. Do you have a problem with excess
acid, acid stomach, etc.? I do and I'm trying to figure out what will
work for me. Vitamin C worsens the acid stomach - feels like it eats a
hole in my stomach lining.
What kind of diet do you eat?
What about the progesterone creams or the progesterone cream mixed with
phytoestrogens? Do you use either of these? What does your naturopath
say about whether or not we should use these products?
Did you suffer any hair loss/hair thinning? I'm having a big problem
with this and don't know how to remedy it :-(.
Would appreciate any info you can provide. Would it be okay to email
you offlist?
