Hi Renee,

I have problems with thinning hair too. I am perimenopausal. Are you? >From what I understand the thinning hair is not entirely from low
estrogen, but also a higher ratio of testosterone to estrogen, plus pattern baldness. As estrogen goes down, the testosterone doesn't as much. So we have a slightly higher level in comparison to estrogen. Also, if your female relatives have thinning hair, you have a higher chance of it too.

The acne is more related to testosterone too.
