MMR vaccine and Pregnancy risks

Hi. I was given the MMR vaccine few weeks ago, and the nurses told me that they used to advice women not to get pregnant for 3 months after the shot but today, it is enough to wait for at least 1 month. Why this change? And can we consider one month as enough? Do you think there may be a risk to get pregnant only 1 month after the shot? Please I need you advice. I'm really worried about this, I want a baby and I'm afraid to take the decision because of this issue. Please answer me as soon as possible.
