Hi Cindy, I have kept my endo totally controlled for the last 8 years with the cream. I have mostly used Pro-Gest (http://www.progest.com) but there are many other good brands available. I usually recommend you start with 2 applications (a quarter teaspoon each application) a day continuously for 2 months, then cut back to twice a day 3 weeks (make your period week the break) out of each cycle. If you intend to try to conceive, use it 2 weeks out of the month starting midcycle at ovulation. Always use the cream twice a day to keep your levels evened out and always take at least a 3 day break during each cycle (except the beginning 2 months). I know a lot of women on these boards who have had success with this treatment and I hope you'll join that group soon! Good luck! BJ
