I follow the diets & herbs on these two websites:

In addition, I take acidophilis from Metagenics (which is very potent
and you can only get it from a doc) for a week on 3-5 days off while
doing the diets above. My doc also mentioned the book "Sugar Busters"
and the "Zone Diet", but I haven't read either yet.
I have eliminated anything containing yeast, wheat, some dairy and sugar
of any kind (you can see the foods you should eliminate on the
websites). It is basically a low (not "NO" carb) carb diet and high
protein.
Mother's has everything that you need in the way of herbal supplements
listed on the first site.
