O livia, I know exactly what you mean. I was constantly getting sick while I had my eno and for abotu a year afterwards. I was known at the blood lab on campus b/c I was there so often for tests. I would strongly suggest you take vitamins or drink lots of orange juice. ~ANA
>----- Original Message ----- Hi gals, I know it's been a long time since I've written...I guess I just got busy with stuff. Anyways...hope everyone is doing well. I am totally p'd off!!! I just suffered through my period....it was aweful...anyways...the day that I finally started feeling better...i got sick!!! Sore throat, aches, chills, etc. Do any of you guys get this? It seems like I get sick sooo often...and it usually seems to be during or right after my period. What's up with this?? Is this just proving that there is a tie between endo and the immune system?? I was finally getting back on track....grinning and bearing work, even during my periods...and finally had some sick time built up again..then I get this and can't go to work. Well..I could..but seeing that I take care of sick people for a living ...I wouldn't want to compromise them anymore than they already are. I just don't know what to do anymore?? I wonder if the pain, etc. from the endo. has just stressed my body so much..that it wears me down and makes me suceptible to every darn thing that comes along?? Help you guys?? luv, Olivia P.s: I do have an appt. august 9th, at Mayo in Rochester, MN...I'm praying they can help me....
