I am not sure about the connection between endo and candida; however, their is a connection between increased infections and endo. A candida diet can reduce the number of infections. I am living proof!!!! For almost fours years I have battled chronic vaginal and UTI infections. I did the candida cleanse, diet and immune support and so far so good! It's amazing!

Unforntunately, I can't tell you whether it helps with endo. I have read in nutrition books that it does help with endo symptoms, but so far the only way to be rid of endo (whether it be long term or temporary) is conservative surgery (preferably excision).
