Re: Lupron shot questionFrom: anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue Jul 23 09:23:24 2002
I had heart palipitations by the third month, hot flashes every 20 minutes, night sweats, insomnia, irration mood swings, exhaustion, prickly heat (where you feel like needles are pricking you every where), and the most disturbing thing about going through four months of h*ll is that as soon as I went off of the shot the pain came back. It did not shrink my endo. If you must do this drug, add back therapy is something you should consider to help with side effects. I understand where you are coming from about taking this drug. I did not listen to anyone when they told me not to take it and I trusted my doc, but now I wish I had not taken it.
