I just had a lap also but about 2 weeks ago and I am having the same problems....I take Citricel everyday and that helps. Try taking one or two pills every morning and it should work by the end of the day. This is a gentle laxative. I've tried several others....some made it too painful to go and others didn't do anything....Citricel works the best and it's all natural. I also notice that when I try to go I get this pulling/painful sensation on my left lower abdomin, near my hip bone. Are you having that kind of pain too? There was either adhesions/ scar tissue removed from my colon too. I have stage I endo w/ tons of adhesions! Hope this helps!
