I just took my second shot with Lupron. I'm totally scared to death by all the stuff that I've read. Then My doctor who I just lovesays that he's prescribed it for years and none of his patience has complained except for the hot flashes, headaches and weight gain. I had very bad mood swings this last month. When I went in for the second shot my doctor prescribed Prem-Pro for me as a add back theropy. He says that if the shots don't work then he'll give me a hysterectomy. I've had 3 children and my tubes are tied. So the child bearing is not a worry to me. I told him how scared I was of the shot and he told me that the benefits are great, but I didn't have to have the shot unless I wanted to. So I'm like trying it for one more month. Everyday I hear more and more about a differnet side effects. What are we women suppose to do? Scares me that maybe I made a wrong choice by taking another shot. I'm so confused and scared so if any of you ladies have any suggestions please tell me. Also where is the Osha web site? Thanks for you ears! AN endo Friend
