Hi Breanna, It is very common to notice an increase in various symptoms when you first start using progesterone because the progesterone resensitizes the estrogen receptors. This effect should disappear in 2 to 4 weeks so hang in there and good luck with the cream. It may take several months to notice a difference in the pain depending on how effective the cream is and how quickly your lesions start to heal. I have had amazing results using it over the last 8 years. Take care. BJ
