Probably the best book out there is The Endometriosis Sourcebook by Mary Lou Ballweg (the president of the Endometriosis Association). Even though a lot of the material remains the same as it does today, it is kinda out of date. Coping with Endometriosis by Robert H. Phillips and Glenda Motta was published in 2000, but it is a different kind of the book the The Endo Sourcebook. Coping with Endo is more touchy feely, but it does have some scientific information. I did hear the Endometriosis Association is writing a new book, but I do not know the details. The main problem with books is that the material is usually out of date by the time it gets published.
