I am having a yucky day as far as both are concerned. My lower >>back and right ovary hurt so badly. I have endo and a back problem, initially I thought it was the endo, as it was always more painful around ovulation and periods. Finally had an MRI scan and it revealed, that I had degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis and arthritis. What I've realised now after all this time is that of course it's much worse around those times because everything is more inflamed, I just try to take it easy around those times, and not aggravate it anymore, which of course sometims is easier said than done. I also see an osteopath and that helps loads. Having said all this, if it is a new pain, ie, right ovary hurting, I would go and ask for an ultra sound or scan, to check that you don't have a cyst on your ovary that is causing extra pressure. Hope you feel better soon. T
