I too am 29 and have major cramps and back pain right at ovulation. I feel the sharp twinges in my ovary. I am so frustrated with always being tired, worn down and in pain. I feel badly most for my 4 year old who wonders why mommy is so tired or always sick. :-( I am waiting for dh to decide he is ready to have a 2nd child and then I am seriously considering surgery just to get back to normal.
